I would not recommend it. Spend more and find a better hotel if you are someone who is on tight budget and don’t mind how the rooms and bathrooms are then book this hotel. Firstly the check in was great the entrance is nice, the outside garden is beautiful leads you straight to the beach, the balconies do have nice view of the beach and the staff are lovely but that’s the only thing nice about this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are old to the point where everything is rusty. The bath is old where paint is coming off looks like dirt, the floor tiles are disgusting rust everywhere the water from the taps will just randomly stop and then will randomly come back. There’s no AC in the rooms, the light bulbs will randomly flicker and stop and then come back on don’t bother getting breakfast they don’t have much they only have boiled eggs, croissant, bread and dips and coffee machine THATS IT in a huge dinning hall that’s all they have. MOST IMPORTANTLY this hotel is next to clubs and also has a lounge/club attached to it downstairs where THEY WILL BLAST SONGS AND I MEAN BLAST LOUD UPBEAT SONGS FROM 11:00pm ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT which is very inconsiderate and absolutely disgusting because there’s no AC we had to sleep with the balcony door open for some air therefore YOU WILL NOT SLEEP TRUST ME. IF I CAN UPLOAD VIDEOS HERE I WILL. I was staying on the 5th floor and honestly the music sounds as if it was next door. Very disappointed as this hotel has so much potential& lovely staf

The pool was disguising the electricity went out for a whole night the security staff was rude sent pictures and assaulted me then we were sent to another hotel which was very inconvenient. I am really not happy with the service.

The hotel was kinda run down and not very clean. It took more than one hour to check in. The swimming pool water was not clear and it closed really early during the day.

Worst stay ever...when we complain we get ignored...verrrrry loud music untill 4 am and we can't even attend if we wish since it's private and need reservation which they refuse if you don't have the requirements...foood is terrible with no many options...roooms are dirty ...draps are dirty and nothing to cover at night...beds are uncomfortable....can see the dust all over the walls...waters shuts down at night...not only we cannot sleep but can't even use washroom...elevators don'twork properly.....not family friendly at all...wouldn't recommend

I checked in twice. The first time it took me over an hour to check in. Then they said that there was only one reservation in order to try to get more money. They did it again the second time as well. Then the first day there was no water pressure. I had to use a water bottle that I had to get shampoo out of my hair. I had no towels. I asked for an iron, they said I would need to ask in the morning. They asked for money for the tax, then did not give me the change. They said they did not have change, for me to get it later. They did this because I am American. Then one of the receptionists kept hitting on my fiance, and he asked me where we were going that night. I said some place. He said your fiance is very beautiful call me so I can meet you guys and see if she has a sister as beautiful as her. Then he told me he is the handsomest man at the hotel and not me, so I should be jealous. The massage facility was not open. The food was not meant for a dog to eat. I only came here because everything else was booked and there is no way I will ever come to this place again. You could not pay me to stay again. They are crooks and thieves here.

Publicité mensongère: pas de tv, wifi indisponible, spa fermé, pas d’activités, zone hyper bruyante, ascenseur marche 1 jour sur 2, sale, 2 demandes pour changer 2 spots et avoir la lumière dans la salle de bain, hôtel non approprié pour les familles, abords des piscines pouvant être dangereux, panneau interdit aux birkinis (1/3 de birkinis dans l’eau), chaises cassées dans la salle de restaurant, nappes retournées entre 2 clients, transats majoritairement cassés… choisissez un autre établissement. L’adresse mail de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas. Je vais faire une réclamation.

J ai porté une réclamation car je n ai pas reçu le all inclusive que j ai payé, de plus nourriture infeste, pas de télé dans la chambre...et surtout bruit jusqu à 5h du matin dû a une soirée privée donc impossible de dormir.
