Nice location. High priced given that it is just a nicer motel room. With no breakfast included and no free coffee in the lobby. Having just come from nice B&Bs with awesome breakfasts and coffee it was jarring given the high price tag. But bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Had a fridge. And convenient to the waterfront and Downtown. If you are renting a car, consider choosing a cute B&B outside of town within a quick drive
