Stunning, New 2 bedroom Unit Minutes from Alyeska Resort

Soaring vaulted ceilings and huge windows allow you to take full advantage of the amazing mountain views. Wrap around deck boasts stunning mountain views and even a little inlet view.
Gorgeous quartz and marble countertops throughout. Stylish and clean white shaker cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. All high end finishes and everything is new. Large 55" Samsung UHDTV in living room. Additional flat screen tv in the larger bedroom.
It is situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Alyeska Ski Resort Day Lodge, Jack Sprat Restaurant, The famous Sitzmark Restaurant & Bar, and The Bake Shop.
This unit is attached to a new home. The main home is also available to rent for larger parties VRBO/1549326 . Maximum sound protection between units including insulation and channel mounted wallboard between all common walls will ensure a quiet, peaceful stay.
Please note sleeping accommodations are as follows: one queen bed in master and a twin over full bunkbed in the smaller bedroom. THIS UNIT WILL NOT SLEEP 5 ADULTS. For a party of five, at least two people MUST be small enough to SHARE a FULL bed.

Great place to stay and overall a good experience. A true Alaskan experience and we liked that it was tucked away. Only complaints are that it was loud when others were there renting the adjacent rental unit. We didn’t sleep well due to the house shaking and it being loud when occupants walked on the long deck entryway.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Check in instructions were easy to follow. We did have a little trouble finding the driveway to the house but after a little driving back and forth on the road we figured it out if there was a sign with the house number by the road we didn't see it. The view of the mountains from the deck is beautiful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. About the only thing that I thought was lacking was no instructions on how to use the TV. There is a TV in the bedroom that I could not get to turn on at all and the very nice TV in the living room didn't have any instructions on how to access anything but one channel. There were two remotes under the TV but I'm not sure what the one was for. After a long day of flying it would have been nice to relax and watch TV before going to sleep but all we could find was one movie which look to stupid to watch.

The place is great! Wonderful location with a jaw dropping view. Very close to several choices of eateries as well as to the Alyeska resort and tram. The condo is nicely furnished and extremely clean. Communication was very clear and everything went very smoothly! I highly recommend!

Felt like home

This is a great place. We were only here one night but the kids said they wanted to live here. It is clean and spacious and has all the amenities of home. The view in the morning off the back deck is awesome.

Great Stay

This place was wonderful! A great little upstairs apartment with two rooms, which made for a comfortable stay for my fiancé and I. They had some essential stuff in the kitchen which was nice like coffee and some condiments. There were some other guests staying downstairs and it seems like the walls are a bit thin, and you could hear loud noises, but nothing terrible. The views were great and a wonderful location to Girdwood which is a beautiful little town with great restaurants and stunning views! We would stay here again, maybe during ski season next time!
