The cottage is a modern self contained unit with 1 bedroom,1 bathroom kitchenette, and living room, accommodating 2 persons.It is equipped with a modern shower plus an outside rain shower. The building is air conditioned as well its running water is heated by solar energy. It also includes amenities such as wifi, outside sitting. Ironing facilities are included, plus a washing machine which would be useful for longer stay.This concrete structure is well centered in the heart of the town, near most of the restaurants, beaches,supermarkets. About five minutes drive from the world's only drive in volcano The Sulphur Springs. Home to the popular pitons, hot baths, Diamond Water Fall and other tourist attraction sites. This makes any vacation a safe, reliable comforting and enjoyable one.

Located half a block from main city road but set behind another building so very quiet. Supermarket is a 45 second walk and they take many currencies. I block down from there you can buy oven fresh bread. Beach is maybe a 10 minute walk and there is an outdoor shower to get rid of sand before it goes in house

Wonderful hidden property

This was a great little cottage. It is in a really nice location in town close to the bus station and lots of restaurants. The cottage itself is actually a little hidden from the streets, but the host communicated very well and sent great instructions with pictures for how to access the property. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Simple, convenient, quiet

Spent three days diving and this place was an easy walk to the dive shop, all of the places in downtown and the beaches. It was clean and quiet at night and it definitely had everything I needed. Would gladly stay there again.

Living like a local

Alwin and Christina are the perfect hosts. Excellent communication and very generous and gracious. The apartment is amazing! Very clean and has all the conveniences. The kitchen just has a small induction plate but the kitchen is well stocked and we easily cooked dinners there. The location is perfect - 2 blocks from the boardwalk and market center, a block from a grocery store and bakery. We loved staying there and feeling like we had retired there and living our life. We also hired Durand taxi service to take us to the volcano and other locales. Great reliable taxi company. Lovely place to stay and if we are lucky to come back to St. Lucia we will most definitely say here again. Book with confidence!

Perfect Place

I stayed here for 2 nights, it was perfect for my stay. The apartment has everything you would need, and is very clean and mordern. The hosts co.municated well via whatsapp so I didnt feel disconnected. The place is also close walking distance to everything in Soufriere.

Great location. Super host and beautifully presented accommodation

Very clean, comfortable cottage. Great communication from the host. Perfect location tucked away in the centre of town. Only thing missing was a couple of outdoor seats ( bench was broken). Loved the outdoor shower!

Nice couples getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a 6 night stay at this cottage in the town of Soufriere. The cottage is 2 rooms plus an oversized bathroom. The A/C works great, plus 2 ceiling fans that kept us cool. A grocery store is across the street plus numerous local bakeries. The local beach and scuba shop is 500 m walk away, with great snorkeling. There are limited other amenities (ie restaurants) within walking distance but many tourist attractions in the area including the Sulphur springs, the Pitons, Botanical gardens and more beaches (Sugar, Anse Chastinet, Anse Mamin). The owner suggested a local taxi service which was responsive and always available. The owner was available by What’s Ap for any issues and the check in process was easy. A stay at this cottage is a great opportunity to experience Saint Lucian life.

Great little Cozy Cottage! The location to central Soufriere was convenient, nice little kitchen, comfy bed and nice sized bathroom. The A/C could have been stronger. We would definetly stay there again.

Great, convenient location, great air conditioning, and very helpful owners

This home is in a great location--the middle of Soufriere. Restaurants are 2-4 blocks away, as is a bank and grocery store. Alwin and Christina are great hosts. Alwin even met us on the street, walked us through town--pointing out restaurants, banks, and stores--and called to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We actually did an second booking here during our stay because the second home we arranged for ended up not having air conditioning. The rooms are good-sized, plenty of hot water, and a much-appreciated washing machine in the home. Most of what people want to do in St Lucia is a 5-15 minute drive from this home, including St Lucia's two top beaches--Sugar Beach and Anse Chastenet Beach. We went to Anse Chastenet daily to scuba dive. Comfortable, quiet home with large rooms and air conditioning, located in the middle of Soufriere owned by great hosts. It's great.
