### Sosua central studio, perfect for single men! Pool and billiard table

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom studio is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 800 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)  
  
Main features include:  
\- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)   
\- Television / Cable TV  
\- Wi-Fi internet

\- Check in with English-speaking staff  
\- Additional condos available in the same building (studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms)
