Lovely staff and perfect location but lacked pool at our date of travel (1-7 May) and aircon also not working so if was any hotter this would’ve been an issue. Also breakfast is not included but available at 7€ per day. Perfect location if you are sightseeing around the amalfi coast and I can imagine the poolside would’ve been lovely.

The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took good care of the guests. Great location. My room had a great view of the water. The pool area was beautiful but just a tad too cold to swim when I was there.

I would give this hotel more stars if I could! Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful - especially Francesca. From the moment we arrived everybody was so courteous, helpful, friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was also lovely, the balcony was amazing. Breakfast was also delicious, basic options but for 5€ you cannot complain. The grounds of the hotel were stunning and the pool area is perfect. This is definitely a relaxing hotel to stay in. The hotel is located on one of the main streets of Sorrento so everything you need is only a short walk away.

Central oasis.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Sorrento. An oasis of calm, just yards from the main corso and also close to the 'beach' and the harbour. Reception was friendly, the room large and clean with access to its own balcony with morning sun. Perfect for a good breakfast (+10€) which was served on the balcony. Nice grounds to relax in, but unfortunately the pool was closed as it was out of season. This was the only disappointment during our 3-day visit. Pre-check in and other communication was via Whatsapp, absolutely no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing grounds and great room

This hotel is beautiful and the grounds are AMAZING. Usually I don't care about grounds, but Sorrento is very cramped with very little green space, and these grounds are an oasis. The pool is great. Room was great too, we could see the sea in the distance. Only challenge was only one of the staff spoke reliable English, and this resulted in a mistake with booking our car transfer for leaving that caused some headaches even after I pointed it out to them. In their defense, they did suggest communicating with them through WhatsApp but I tried handling it in person at the desk. So if you go with the expectation that if you don't speak Italian you'll be communicating with the staff via WhatsApp, you will love this place.

Great location basic Bed & Breakfast place

Perfekt location, but a little hard to find if you arrive by car. Do NOT drive all the way up to the bed and breakfast there is limited zone and a camera will catch you. If you arrive before five or six in the evening the staff will be at the reception and they can write an authorization request for you at the police to drive inside the zone else there is a parking space very near by (Parcheggio Ulysse), use that same price. I paid 25 euro per night to park “inside” the B&B ask at the reception. The staff were all vey nice and helpful. The room were very basic and the beds very hard, but I guess it’s the same most B&B. We stayed 2 nights.

We booked here and they had a bathroom issue and put us up in a hostel hotel which had bed bugs. Those weren’t their fault but to put us up in a hostel hotel was not great and when I reached out to them they didn’t do anything to rectify situation. Disappointed so couldn’t rate them high in good conscience when this is hog you could be treated.

Sorrento - May half term

Lovely little hotel only 3 minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento. Friendly staff. Beautiful building with flowers, olive and lemon trees. Good, quiet, pool to cool off in with sunbathing area. Clean and comfortable room with A/C and view of the sea (although described as a city view!), No balcony, but seating areas in grounds outside. Only downside was bathroom was a little dated and shower had to be hand held as wall fixing was broken.

So much potential but they just don’t deliver. The property grounds are beautifully decorated but just felt short on all fronts. Room itself - shower was not working and had foil covering knobs, paint peeling, holes in walls, bed for children was a bench without a proper mattress, ants all over. Service - just poor. When I advised we had ants all over our floor they knocked and dropped a spray and ran off. There is no one working past 6pm and when we told them for a fourth day in a row our shower wasn’t working, we were told we know they “fixed it”. Breakfast - we paid for breakfast and this consisted of a croissant, hard boiled egg and a yogurt everyday pre-prepped on a plate. I can keep going but there are just way better accommodations and we paid a premium as we visited in August.

The promised restaurant doesn’t exist

There’s no restaurant in this hotel. Despite their advertisement of a restaurant and room service there is nothing except an offer of a salad for lunch or a portion of ravioli if pre-ordered in the morning. Most of the staff speak little or no English and rely on inadequate Google translations for communication with guests. But the hotel itself is great and breakfast is good.
