The pool, a real asset for families with children, will allow you to fully enjoy every moment, even without going to the beach.
On the main level, you will discover a vast living room with light, fully open to the terrace, including a comfortable living room, a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with private bathroom, a second bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a third attic bedroom completes this set, while a practical garage adds an extra touch of comfort.
The ground that offers a petanque, also allows to park several vehicles, offering great flexibility for your travels. This villa perfectly combines calm, space and amenities to guarantee you a relaxing and pleasant stay.
