A terrace landscape in front of the traditional house exceeds the dimensions of most other properties in our programme by far - here you can relax on a huge 1,000 m² according to your wishes. There are many places to relax, socialise and unwind, offering both sunny and shady spots. Small paths and steps lead to further terrace levels as well as to the large pool, which is surrounded by a lush lawn. Despite the long history of this property, which is one of the most important on Mallorca, it is now a modern holiday home equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing and restful villa holiday. Let the stress of everyday life slowly fade into the background and recharge your batteries in this traditional, wonderfully rustic ambience. The owner's attention to detail in the design of the house has created space for an all-round cosy and refreshing atmosphere. The house has a total of six comfortably furnished double rooms, four with a large double bed and the other two with two single beds each, where you can enjoy a siesta during the day and sleep well at night. There are also four bathrooms. One of them is located in the separate pool house; another is in a separate apartment with its own entrance, together with a bedroom and a large living room. There is an additional guest WC, which is particularly practical when the house is fully occupied. A fully equipped Spanish-style kitchen is available for preparing meals together and is ideal for working hand-in-hand. In addition to a fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster and microwave, it is also equipped with a kettle, Nespresso and espresso machine, so that nothing stands in the way of a morning tea or coffee on the breakfast terrace. In front of the kitchen is a large dining area with a huge dining table and matching wooden seats. This part leads into the actual living area of the house, which extends over two floors separated by steps. The various seating areas and the TV invite you to make yourself comfortable indoors and make full use of the various relaxation areas. The house is conveniently equipped with a heating system so that it can be used all year round in optimal conditions. As Xiclati is divided into the main house and a flat, it is particularly ideal for larger groups of travellers. We also recommend it for families travelling together with children, as the clever layout and ample space allow for a particularly high degree of privacy.



The close proximity to the picturesque village of Artà (6 km) is another highlight of this special accommodation. Don't miss the weekly market on Tuesdays. There you will find all kinds of culinary specialities from the region and fill your shopping basket with fresh fruit and vegetables. There are also several good restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities in this town. In Son Servera (15 km) you can visit the weekly market every Friday. The nearest beaches are in Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona and the bay of Cala Millor. Villa Xiclati is one of the largest estates in the north-east of Mallorca and a huge stately home with a long history. The estate has its own hiking trails, a unique hilly landscape of over 300,000 m² and marvellous views of the sea and the coast. The entire valley between Artà and Son Servera is literally at your feet. Mallorca's most beautiful beaches are also within easy reach. If you want to go shopping or eat out, Artà or Son Servera are also only a few minutes away by car.
