« This was one of our favorite vacations as a family and a huge part of that was the property and home. It is hard to ask for any more than a beautiful home with plenty of space and a property that allows for beach lounging and kayaking.It was a great trip for our pets, as well, who loved playing in the yard and in the sand. They also kept an eye on the family of deer that regularly walked through the yard.The owner was great as well, responding to messages quickly and there were no issues...

« We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return. »

« A gorgeous property perfect for a quiet getaway from the city noise. The cottage is very charming, and perfect for two people. Very clean, accommodating, private and peaceful. The private beach is beyond charming and the local spots are amazing. We recommend the frying pan and highly HIGHLY recommend the spider hall farm stand (get the apple cobbler). Nonetheless the cottage is truly amazing and a perfect get away. »
