### Idyllic, Spacious villa with Sea View,Heatable Pool and garden in Port de Sóller

Stunning, spacious 6 bedroom villa one of the best in Port de Soller, with breath taking sea view. Truly unrivalled for a perfect family holiday, offering a large salt water private pool ( this can be heated under request ) & large garden, south facing vista for all day sun & 5-6 min walk to beach & heart of Port de Soller.   
High quality fully fitted kitchen, large seating area with fireplace, superb main terrace with sea view, cooking on the Weber Gas BBQ...   
Sunbathing terrace, fully air conditioned, kinetic drinking water system… optical fiber Wi-Fi  
The villa is in a quiet residential area, you can park on the street for free, or 2 cars on the villa entrance  
The property is very private, distributed over 3 floors and has an elevator.  
Each of the bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be put together for king size bed, or separate making it a twin. We also have a double sofa bed.  
There is a tv in each bedroom.  
We have 2 bedrooms on the first floor each with ensuite bathroom.  
And downstairs we have 4 more bedrooms, the largest of them with ensuite bathroom with bathtube , and a sofa bed, ideal for kids. In this floor you have the large family bathroom plus a separate toilet.  
All bedrooms in this floor have direct access to the swimming pool area.  
  
The kitchen is high quality and fully equipped, offering dishwasher, oven, microwave, hot plate unit, Nespresso Coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, … and osmosis filtered drinking water.  
Aircon, underfloor heating, fireplace, Optical fiber Wi-Fi.   
There are 4 full bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.   
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.  
We have a baby cot and high chair available under request.

#### Amazing villa

We stayed here as 8 of us in two families with kids 14-18\. The villa was fantastic - very well equipped with pool, sun loungers, towels, lots of outside spaces to allow quiet time or group eating / relaxing. The views are incredible and the air con very much appreciated. The town is just a short walk away allowing us to eat in the many great restaurants every night. We have already booked to be back again next year! Communication with the manager was very rapid and proactive and they were able to deal with all our questions and needs through the stay. Thanks for use of an amazing villa!

#### Fabulous holiday

This villa is beautiful. We had a great holiday and would not hesitate to return. The public areas of the villa are comfortable, spacious and attractive. The bedrooms are all spacious, light and welcoming. The terraces have great views and great space. We also enjoyed Port Soller and the mountain views all around. Thanks for a fabulous stay.
