Overlooking the Balearic Sea and the mountains, the holiday home 'Dream Property in Alconasser' in Sóller impresses guests with its fantastic views of one of the best sunsets. The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. 2 bedrooms are inside the main house, and 2 are in an annex next to the main house. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.  
  
This property has a 200 m² outside area and offers a range of private outdoor amenities, including a pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a balcony.  
  
Public transport links are located within walking distance and Sóller and Deià are a short 12 min drive away. There is a rocky beach next to the property and a Michelin-star restaurant called Bens Davall, which is very famous on the island.  
  
2 parking spaces are available on the property.  
  
Pets, smoking, parties or similar events are not allowed.
