  • Our home is less than 4 years old, so it is very well insulated and can easily supports the needs of everyone. You'll have a full kitchen, including filtered water and ice from the new refrigerator, a dishwasher, all the standard small appliances, and a big breakfast bar. You can relax in the cushy living room after a long day and enjoy the full screen TV and the high-speed internet. The bedrooms are very cozy, and beds are a double or larger. The backyard has a large lawn with a gazebo and a firepit, makes for a great place to hang out after fishing all day. The property is set in Soldotna within walking or short driving distance from local Coffee shops, Breweries, Grocery stores, and Restaurants. Just a few minutes' walk to the famous Kenai River/ Swift Water Park
