Our stay at the Spruce Haven Lodge was short but great. The hostess, Ginger, was response to all questions prior to the stay and even more helpful once we arrived. Everything was so clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable with soft linens, the kitchen was wonderfully stocked for cooking, a great bathroom with tub for soaking, the living room comfy and cozy for visiting, and the perfect fire pit in the backyard for relaxing. We used this location for a jumping off spot for fishing, then off to Homer one day and Seward the next. It was the perfect spot to come “home” to each night. And all in a beautiful setting.
