"The location was unbeatable, very near the centre and the main Serdica metro station. The room was well furnished and spacious. A good gym and sauna. The breakfast was fabulous with all the usual things plus lots of Greek savouries and sweets. There isn't really anything to fault the Central Hotel. We would go back in a heart beat."

"Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Yes it was bigger but the “upgraded” room was outdated, dirty, and to be honest creepy. It was like the rest of the hotel had been refurbed apart from this room, it was hidden away down one of the corridors.
