Convenient parking garage under hotel was perfect and the breakfast was quite tasty. It sits across from a park and the street is quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast is good though coffee service gets overwhelmed and though tasty, coffee is not terribly hot. The bar and lounge is quiet but service is great. The room was comfortable and quiet. My only problem involved the lack of air-conditioning one night, making it difficult to sleep. In several minutes, you can walk to the cathedral, parliament, the University of Sofia (one block) and many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has the traditional value of a great hotel. Staff are properly attired. Furniture is solid wood.
