Une vraie pépite pour un voyage en famille

Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite. Situé au pieds de la montagne Vitosha , il vous propose des chambres avec des vues magnifiques ( notre studio en était la preuve ). Les aménagements sont confortables , luxueux , choisis avec goût. Nous avons séjourné avec un bébé de 18mois, et nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver un coin enfants dans l hôtel , beau et adapté à tout âge . Le restaurant est qualitatif , les produits sont de saison . Le personnel est aimable , respectueux . Je recommande .

Arriving at the hotel around midnight, they said there is no room for me despite the Hotels.com’s reservation which didn’t require me to reconfirm. As a result, I had to find another place to stay in the middle of nowhere. It was fortunate that I could find a better place in downtown. I will never make a reservation with them. If you want to stay there I strongly recommend contacting them before your stay.

Hotel is very nice, clean, very quiet and well insulated, no noise. The lock on our four didn’t work properly. Stuff is nice, very polite manager. Big disappointment was that in the indoor restaurants basically the entire area is smoking area. The non smoking is usually closed and caked VIP! Also - no gym or sauna. No need of a conference room, make rather a gym!

De gratis en makkelijk bereikbare parking, de ligging net buiten Sofia in een opkomende buurt, de rust en kalmte van een kleiner hotel, de behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Prijs kwaliteit zit dit hotel absoluut heel correct naar mijn gevoel en ervaring. De cleaning staff heeft wel marge voor attentiever om te springen met aanvulling van linnen, water en badkamermateriaal.

Pleasant stay and good value in a nice location

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in May and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a delay getting our room ready but we were given complimentary drinks in the bar so it was no hardship. The view from our room overlooking the city was stunning, especially at sunset. Getting the 64 bus to the Vitosha Metro station to get into town is a bit time consuming, but the fresh air and breezes more than compensates for the travelling. The fantastic Boyana church is only a few minutes walk away and there are lots of walks in the woods nearby. There are three other restaurants nearby. We had a 5.30 check-in at the airport and the receptionist helpfully arranged a quick and efficient car for 20 euros.

Wonderful out of center stay, great for business

Wonderful small and stylish hotel, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre and with a fantastic restaurant. Luxurious carpets and comfortable beds, car park and breakfast. Everything you could want for a business trip. And nice local area with old church parks and waterfall for a walk.

Se all'andata per un taxi bastano 5€ per il ritorno ne abbiamo pagare anche 35€.Colazione non da 5 stelle e forse nemmeno da 3.Albergo nuovo ma nel complesso non ci tornerei.Un plauso alka ragazza della reception che si è prodigata per spiegarci ogni cosa in un ottimo italiano.
