"Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Appartements waren hochwertig, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – perfekt für unsere große Familie mit 17 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und einem Hund. Besonders schön waren die großzügigen Terrassen, die privaten Saunen und die ruhige Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Auch die Nähe zu tollen Ausflugszielen wie den Krimmler Wasserfällen oder der Wildkogel-Bahn war ideal."

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
