The property was in a great location and our room had a great view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Communication was great and the property owner Andrew was on-site personally to prepare a wonderful breakfast. We only stayed one night but it was a great property.

The host was very discrete and very welcoming. I enjoyed the say at its place. I rest properly.

The property is in the perfect place, close to lifts and good restaurants. It was clean and staff was amazing. The only thing we didn't like is there was this annoying noise in our room. We talked to the hotel about it and they said they would come and take a look, but they didn't. It was hard to fall asleep because of this noise.

Nice Hotel in excellent location, walkable for everything.

I liked that our room was spacious, but disappointed that our bed, a double, was situated with one side against a wall. We had to move it away from the wall to have access from both sides. I liked the front load washer and dryer on site in a convenient laundry room. Also liked that there is a restaurant on site but was disappointed that it wasn’t open for breakfast. We liked having a fridge and microwave but we’re disappointed that the only dishes were glasses and mugs. We needed some breakfast...

The full-time staff there are absolutely brilliant. They go above and beyond to try and make your stay and visit to Thredbo special.. they let me gloves a hat and a toque to go up the mountain with – God did I ever need it! Lovely to see such a diverse group of people under the same roof and would have no hesitation to recommend it as a clean friendly and safe place to stay
