Step inside your cozy studio condo, which features wooden beamed ceilings to create the feel of a mountain cabin. The accommodations are arranged efficiently, maximizing the usable space. A queen platform bed awaits for a good night's sleep, so that you can wake refreshed and ready to enjoy a day on the slopes or trails. An in-unit efficiency kitchen in this condo makes it easy to enjoy breakfast from the comfort of your vacation rental before heading out for the day. The two-burner stove and microwave oven also make it convenient for basic meals to be made, especially for those who are looking to save on the budget. Sit down for your meal at the table and chairs before heading out to explore the area. Relax in the evenings on the comfortable sofa, where you can catch a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy the scenic views through the glass doors to the patio. And of course, all the skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking options that Snowmass is so well known for are all easily accessible from this well-positioned condo! Enjoy all that Snowmass has to offer both onsite and further afield from your comfortable stay in Timberline Condominiums 115\. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Slept two per room and it worked perfectly. It’s absolutely amazing the convenience of this “true” ski in/ski out accommodation. I’ve stayed in this room two years in a row. Timberline’s driver/shuttle service is almost embarrassing at how quick and spot on it is. Can’t go wrong here for a small family or a couple people looking to ski hard and have a super convenient setting. It’s 10 steps to the slopes and the hot tub is in between. ##### Wes H.
