Fanny Hill is just a two minute walk from the condo. It’s a very short, flat walk to the slopes. From there, you can simply click in/out and ski to Village Express Lift or Elk Camp Gondola in Snowmass Base Village. Additionally, Snowmass Mall is just a block downhill with shops, restaurants, and free Sky Cab gondola to Base Village. It's ideal location offers close proximity to lifts, restaurants, activities, events, and more.

Light and bright living area with large windows to let in the stunning mountain views, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ready for home-cooked meals or après-ski snacks.

🚦The Snowmass Mall transportation stop offers transportation to/from the airport, Base Village, Aspen, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. If you prefer private transportation, our concierge team is here to arrange transfer to any destination in comfort and style.

Thanks to ABL for a great stay. Updated, well furnished, clean, and well located, this place ticks all of the boxes. Great hot tub, short walk to slopes, shopping and food and drink. Spectacular Snow Stay in Snowmass!

Fantastically located property, right near the Viewline Hotel. The property is comfortable, well appointed, with plenty of great amenities. Two we enjoyed the most were a very nicely stocked kitchen (spices, utensils, etc) and the heated floors. The ABL Concierge service is fantastic as well and responsive to questions.

Condo and location fantastic! Only suggestion- put in a key pad door lock. We had 4 people skiing and only 1 key in the lock box… tricky for coming and going at different times Hot tub amazing!

Great location

While not quite ski in and out since you have to walk about a block, parking is very convenient and you are next to the upper village mall for rentals. Great for families with small children in ski school because you can easily drive them down to the treehouse to drop them off and pick them up. There is free 30 minute parking.

The unit is in the ideal location. Close to the mall where you can grab breakfast and dinner. Close to the gondola that takes you into the ski area. Hard to describe with so few sentences why this place is so great. Single level. Bottom level so kids have access to snow. Close to parking lot. Everything was great. Property manager is superb. Great property!

Great location for skiiers - very close to slopes and Snowmass Village. The kitchen is very well-stocked, beds super comfortable - really nice to have washer and dryer in the unit! only suggestion would be more storage in bedrooms and bed side tables. Note also that the '5th' person (listing states 'sleeps 5') sleeps on the couch, which is not a fold-out. Worked fine for our group, though! Highly recommend...
