"This house is located north of downtown Auckland, and has a nice view of the ocean! It is close to wineries and a sculpture garden. The house was clean with comfortable beds, and a full kitchen. Recommend this listing if you want to stay close to Auckland but want some distance from the city."

"To be able to walk 20 steps to the beach was amazing and sitting on the deck with those views - priceless. Great set up for two families and the lounge area which wasn’t in the photos was lovely and fantastic veiws - king bed very comfortable in main bedroom. Very prompt responses from manager. Only negative comment was the cleaner let the property manager down between previous tenants and us but manager has compensated us for that so many thanks. We would stay here again."

"Our family group of 4 adults were all disappointed with how grubby this property was. We don’t mind things which are a bit shabby (carpet, paintwork, furniture, curtains) but we really like things to be clean! Don’t even expect hospital standards but not ….dead bugs, spiders, dust, cobwebs…. Hair and mould in showers, basins, bathroom mirrors splashed with someone else’s toothpaste….YUK. Kitchen equipment greasy and grimy. Also the downstairs bedroom was very damp and unaired and we had to move...

"The room was spacious, however the bathroom could have had a vent as opening the bathroom window when showering at night attracted a lot of bugs. Rooms were warm and comfy beds."
