This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom beachfront retreat sleeps up to 13 guests and offers direct access to the serene shores of the Atlantic. Enjoy the best of both worlds: • Private hot tub with unobstructed ocean views • Community pool shared by just six other homes (open Apr–Oct). This is not a heated pool. • All decks and balconies boast breathtaking water views, ideal for sunrise coffees or sunset cocktails. • Kitchen includes a bar area with Beverage refrigerator holding 130 cans and additional cabinet space for groceries. • Beds are already made when you arrive! • We provide: Dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags along with the Starter kit which includes bath soap, coffee pods and drip, creamers, sugars, and tea and additional paper goods to get you started. • Private gas grill for our house plus a community charcoal grill shared by 6 units. Compare these before booking other properties! \- The elevator goes all the way to the TOP floor master bedroom - many other houses do not. \- The very large BACKYARD green space is a rare find on the beach. Kids and adults alike love the space to run and play - close to the house and pool so adults can relax on the deck and see the kids in a safe, close area. \- The houses are angled - this means while sitting at the dining room table you are looking straight at the OCEAN and NOT the side of the neighbors house! \- The beaches are VERY uncrowded since there are only 5 other houses that share the immediate area. Some other townhomes have 20+ homes that overcrowd the pool and beach. Not here! Pool is open Apr 1 - Oct 31. Fresh linens & bath towels are provided. A required linen fee applies. Beds are made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels. • Maximum occupancy is thirteen (13) people, which includes children, toddlers and infants. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. • A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations. • The property is non-smoking / non-vaping. Smoking of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the house or on the property. • Pets are not permitted on the property. • Events are not permitted on the property. • Parking is provided for up to four (4) vehicles. No additional parking is provided. Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement. Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. My family and I had the privilege to stay at Sunrise Sands NC, and we absolutely loved our time on North Topsail Beach. The house was perfect in every aspect. Everything was super clean and ready for us upon check-in. The view from all 3 decks and the kitchen is gorgeous. The kitchen had been remodeled since our last stay and looks amazing, with additional storage and a bar area perfect for vacation!. The house provided beach chairs and a variety of water and sand toys which we utilized everyday. Since the house is right on the beach, we didn't have to worry about lugging too much with us, which was so convenient. The beach also isn't crowded like many other places we've visited. My family loved coming back in the evening time and using the hot tub to wind down from the busy day. Everything was perfect. This was our fourth time staying at this home and every experience has been amazing. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it’s stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. It was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and clearly well cared for. We loved the Octopus light! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
