At 65 m (212) feet tall and 275 m (900 foot) wide, Shoshone Falls is one of the largest natural waterfalls in the United States surpassing the height of the famous Niagara Falls. Shoshone Falls is located on the Snake River as it carves its way through a deep basalt Canyon on its way to the Columbia River. The vehicle fee at Shoshone Falls Park and Dierkes Lake is $5.00 per car. The fee is in effect from March 1st through September 30th. Shoshone Falls is open year round with the exceptions of temporary closures due to poor road conditions. Perrine Bridge crosses the canyon immediately north of the city of Twin Falls. (419 reviews) Property and time spent there was amazing. Very welcoming and comfortable for sure. Enjoyed the feeling of being at home while away, and the hospitality of all the staff we encountered was professional and helpful. Definitely a stay here planned for next years tournament. However, the food establishment right outside the lodge advertising dinner and breakfast buffet ( can’t remember the name just the big advertisement banner) is by far the worst establishment and environment. Really sad that your amazing facilities have to be associated with this place as the staffing is exuberantly unprofessional, and extremely rude. Everything we attempted to order was a life ruining event for the hosted/waitress to the point my family and I paid $15 for untouched drinks and walked out of the establishment.
