The area is beautiful, serene and secluded which I loved the most about this property. I was able to rest very well during my stay. I had the opportunity to lunch once at the restaurant and the food was very good. I would definitely come back if the opportunity arises and also recommend it to my friends.

We were placed in a room by the outdoor pool but wanted more privacy so moved to large room on the courtyard. It was beautiful and well appointed. As the only guests, we had the spa to ourself. The indoor pool was 25 degrees so a little cool for me. A few repairs are in order but it was very nice. We did not use other services. Internet excellent. A lovely breakfast in the sunshine was included. We used the hotel as a base for visiting the local historical sites. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel
excellent service, very polite staff, rooms are clean enough but could be also better. The gym is small but useful, pool and sauna are very nice. The breakfast is fantastic but the menu has only a few meals which are very small this is the only minus other than this everything was perfect

Hotel guests are treated as second class
Very disappointing as no access whatsoever to the lakeside during our 2 day stay as closed for weddings most weekends. Absolutely pointless paying for a so called lakeside hotel with no facility for hotel guests sit, drink or dine there even at breakfast. Service for dinner was appallingly slow and indifferent. Food reasonable but expensive.
No kettle or coffee in room. Definitely not 5 star

Not one to complain about hotel or write review. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have visit.
Breakfast was diabolical, only served eggs and toast. A 3 star has better options. Quality of food was terrible. The customer service was terrible. The massage I had could have been done by anyone.
For a 5 star hotel I am shocked

More food and beverage choices and the cost is way too high for the food/drink you get.
Offer pizza and mici too. The rooms are not expensive, and did have an excellent experience.
I paid 90 lei for 2 pina coladas pool side, thats $13 each, ridiculous for Romania and the quality of the drinks.

Great Get Away
We stayed there off season, so there were very few guests. The outdoor activities were closed. However, the indoor spa area was among the best we have ever visited. The restaurant had excellent service and phenomenal food. The hotel staff was very friendly, efficient, accommodating, helpful, etc. We visited in the fall. The area was beautiful. We enjoyed the location because it was outside of Bucharest, yet close enough to go in for daily visits. The area was very peaceful and relaxing.
