« Everything was just as described - right down to the great fishing!! The house was so comfortable and is located so close (but not too close) to all our extra activities. We are already looking forward to our next stay! »

« Quite and tranquil!! Pet friendly! Hosts very responsive. A storm blew in and knocked out the power, the hosts kept us informed as to when the power would be restored. Many books, movies and games to chose from, which the board games came in handy during the storm . We were on need of propane one night, we messaged the hosts and they were there within minutes. This is definitely 10 stars out of 5!! Would definitely stay at Coyote Creeks again and highly recommended! »

« We had an excellent stay. The property is a little older but the price reflects that and it is well maintained and cared for. Great communication from the host. Beautiful view and access to the lake right out the back door that can’t be beat, fishing off the dock and firepit nighttime vibes. Our puppy was in heaven as well - we would absolutely stay here again - 10/10! »

« Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....
