This hotel was a great find, clean, modern but still keeping the Maltese charm with the old stonework. Staff were very helpful, and pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Didn't use the pool, it was December after all. Pity about the weather, but didn't stop us enjoying a nice few days.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel the staff were Fantastic in every aspect the breakfast was beautiful and the lovley chef cooked me an omelette every morning and it was beautiful. Prakash was just perfect making sure everyones needs was catered for he was a very lovley gentleman. The rooms amazing but on saying that everywhere was amazing from you opening the door till you left. What a gem of a find if ever I come to Malta again I'm 100% certain I'd try and get in here thank you for making it an amazing stay

Staff at the hotel were lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was very nice but could be even better with a little more attention to detail. The room smelt a little musty as did the towels and breakfast area. This is easily improved and would make the hotel a lovely find.

The staff are excellent. All very professional and they go above and beyond. The hotel is on a quiet street you are assured of a decent nights sleep. Good memory foam mattress and pillows. It’s only about a 10/15 minute walk down to the promenade where you can access buses and ferries to Valletta.

Fantastic room and excellent service

Fantastic room, super comfortable bed, the bathroom was awesome, expecially the shower. It's very close to bus stops. Nice and quiet area as well. Super kind and professional service.

Good hotel not for pool

Nice clean hotel located in a quiet residential area in a narrow street. Everything was good at the hotel didn't like the pool area. Very very small pool surrounded by a tall building and high wall that limits direct sunlight you are mostly in shaded area so can sun bath

The hotel is conveniently located in quiet area if Sliema and at walking distance from the Strand and Exiles Bay. My room was comfortable and with a nice terrace. Breakfast buffet is complete and personnel is kind and attentive. Very good stay at Violetta Palace.

Nice hotel about 10 minutes walk from centre. Can’t really comment too much as we were there less than 24 hours due to an early flight. We were given a bag with water and snacks as we would miss breakfast. Bed was comfortable and place was nice and clean. Thank you

Great location in Sliema! The hotel is nestled between St. Julian’s Bay and Sliema seafronts. The hotel is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, about 10-15 minute walk to either seafront location. There are small cafes, local bars, a pharmacy, and a mini market near the hotel. It was easy for excursion meet up points, the buses and to take the ferry. There are tons of restaurants, bars and cafes by the water along the Sliema seafront or St Julien’s Bay. It’s a beautiful, boutique hotel with a very accommodating & friendly staff. If you don’t mind a bit of walking, we would highly recommend it as a lovely & perfect place to stay. Great hotel in Sliema

We had a very nice stay at Palace Violetta. The hotel is on a quiet street set a few minutes walk from the potentially noisy harbour. Jurgen and his staff are all very helpful. We took advantage of the airport collection that was arranged by the hotel which was excellent. The buffet breakfast was good and there are tables outside by the pool. We stayed three days - but would have been happy to stay longer.

Beautifully appointed hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel with very friendly, charming helpful staff. Our room was very spacious with axnuce view of the pool (a rarity) in the old quarter. The only comment i would say, is, make sure you wear your walking shoes as the hill up from the bay is quite taxing. Good to walk off dinner & drinks. Special thx to Diago (top guy)

Nice old property with lovely staff. Very convenient for buses to Valletta and not too far from ferry to Valletta. Had good sized room at front with lovely sun terrace. At least one armchair in the room would have been nice. Shower was excellent as were tea making facilities. Convenient to have breakfast on premises. I would stay here again

Good choice at breakfast with either cooked breakfast or continental. Hotel is in a residential area so relatively quiet. Walk to sea front takes about 15mins and is all downhill, coming back takes a bit longer. You can get a taxi from the sea front to hotel for approx 3 euros.
