Everything was perfect. Wonderful hotel in a perfect location for everything in Sliema. A 10 minute stroll along the promenade takes you to all the ferries, buses and shops. We had a superior room with an amazing view to Valletta. All the staff were very helpful. The most amazing breakfast choices each morning was a great start to our day. Thank you Barceló we will choose to stay with your hotel group again.

If we visit this part of Malta again we will probably stay at Barceló Fortina. Location is great, the breakfast is fab and access to the gym is a bonus. Wasn't so keen on the pool although it was nice to have the option. Other than that, the staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful and the view from our room was breathtaking.

This hotel was beautiful! Staff were super friendly and all and amenities were top notch. The sea view was a partial sea view but still so beautiful. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in Sliema super close to everything.

Overall amazing stay , Greta hotel and great staff ! My only thing we didn’t love was the pool club. The hotel uses the manta beach club and they just allocate a section for day beds for the hotel goers. Area was fine but the service over there was not great at all! Had to get up to request most food & drink!

Beautiful stay. The hotel was spotless and staff were lovely. We booked a sea view room very pretty views over Valletta. The pool was lovely however not attached to the hotel which I wasn’t aware of before we got there (I may not have noticed) again lovely views of Valletta over the water. Very close walk into silema. We stayed room only and had breakfast and lunch at the pool. Very nice.

Lovely hotel, staff were great and food was great at breakfast. The main thing I would flag if you want to spend time by the pool, it’s not as straight forward as you would think there are apparently a small number of hotel sun beds that you can book 24 hours before but I just wanted a guaranteed spot so book and paid for a sunbed with a sea view for 50euro. You have to book on manta.mt. Once you’re there the staff, food and drinks are great and not too expensive

Well located. Outdoor pool but its managed by a company that run a bougie day club. Must prebook sunbeds and its expensive. Not our kind of pool. Rooms good, air con difficult to get right. Breakfast was amazing.

Excellent views of the harbour. The breakfast buffet was one of the best with lots of variety. One of few hotels still offering turn-down service in the evening. Don't miss out - we will certainly stay here again.
