"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "Room were nice, it lacked in a few amenities the drink machine took money a few times and our drinks got stuck..they didn’t refund me it was nearly $20 CHF …bed was made everyday, bathrooms cleaned, but floors were overlooked...facecloths were never provided, two small flat pillows, with only one English TV channel and it was political news. However not all bad perfectly situated in Davos, and the room was beyond warm, with a very comfortable bed!!"
