The staffs incl front desk and so personnel were very warm friendly. The massages were heavenly! The breakfast spread was unusually great and incl my favorite- pancakes! Will not hesitate to visit the hotel again! "

"What an amazing welcome to Sweden. Arriving late after a long flight with many delays, we were warmly greeted by two staff members who had stayed there to make sure we could get into the hotel. We hadn't had a chance to eat because of the circumstances and asked if there were any grocery stores or restaurants still open... there weren't. As we were preparing to go to sleep we answered a knock on the door and there they were....the two women who had greeted us with a tray of bread, cheese and...
