Best time MidMay to early June and mid-September to October before and after the turnover crowds arrive … and stay at least 10 days/2 weeks to allow 2 or 3 days for exploring the historical sights of Crete"

From start to finish, every detail was considered, and every need was taken care of. The team is welcoming and kind, and the location is absolutely stunning. While visiting with my partner (our kids left at home), we were keenly aware of how family-friendly the resort is, a pro for the many happy groups around us. If you plan to visit in May as we did, know the water will be fresh (!), and private pools might be too chilly to truly enjoy - though they'll still offer the perfect backdrop for some of the best photos you may ever take! "They were only running for 2 days when we checked in. It's lovely and had a private tub. The staffs are great and they really do try to accomodate. The elecrticity kept tripping during the stay, the breakfast does need upgrading (more cut fresh fruits would be great). Would recommend though"
