"Some guests came back to the room past midnight and kept talking, which was quite disruptive. The hostel should enforce their quiet hours more strictly. Additionally, I was surprised by an unexpected city tax upon arrival, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand (unlike my experience in Madrid).
