Location: quiet area of Sirolo, with the town center and all the main services reachable on foot in a few minutes. 200 meters from the property there is also the stop for the free shuttles to and from the beaches.  
  
Description: ground floor apartment. Entrance to the living area with sofa and access to the paved outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs where you can eat - separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher - master bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed - second bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined into a double bed - bathroom new with shower cubicle.  
  
Air conditioning in the living area.  
  
External laundry area with washing machine and dryer shared with apartment S333 located upstairs.  
  
The property includes free wi-fi and reserved parking space. Animals are not allowed.
