Really nice place! Friendly staff, excellent breakfast! Easy to park, nice looking pool. The hotel itself was very clean, but the minute a door or window was opened, bugs just flew in droves. No fault of the hotel, just the time of year. Lots of bugs.

Very clean hotel ,needs a bit of a paint job outside ,very easy going and friendly staff,pool is nice ,no real food in hotel after breakfast but girl behind counter did make us a sandwich, bus service to town very close,,its a little out of the way but we had a car so it was ok Deffo stay here again

Very clean and modern with lift, which matters to me as have respiratory problems affected by climbing stairs and walking any distance. Staff very friendly, helpful & efficient. Good breakfast selection. Nice pools. Lake Garda at the bottom of the road almost on the doorstep. Nice area. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Location is good. About a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants in the evenings. About a 40 min walk to centre of Sirmione, but also good bus service for only a euro or two to the centre also. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Very happy with our stay there. Travelled with kids. And very family friendly too.

Excellent position. Great size pool if not a little chilly. Very clean hotel and very helpful staff. Live the fact they always had bike available to hire at a great rate. There were always chairs or loungers available around the pool. About 10- 15 min walk to restaurants. 5 min walk to the lake which was so warm, incredible for swimming. The only things to comment on is there are a few loose pavings around the pool, but this is minor. We would definitely return .

Great location for visiting Sirmione

We stayed in a triple room with a balcony. Often triple rooms can be rather cramped but not in this case. It was a very comfortable, spacious room with a proper single bed, not a sofa bed. The bathroom was great with a very large shower. It looked newly renovated and was probably the best bathroom we had anywhere on our 2 week Italy road trip. Lots of free parking, both above and underground. Just a short bus trip takes you into Sirmione. We also walked back from Sirmione in the evening, it took about 35 minutes. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and at check in we were given a local map and lots of really helpful information. A very good hotel for the price near Lake Garda.

This is a very nice hotel with a large size pool in a great location right next to a beautiful beach and a beautiful neighborhood close by to nice restaurants. Attentive and kind service by all reception employees. Nice buffet breakfast. Only drawback is lack of luggage service and having no pool attendant.

Underwhelming

underwhelming experience to say the least. The hospitality is 0 and staff will argue with you over the smallest requests. The beds are firm as it gets. Wifi is barely usable and cellular is an deadzone. The pool is nice but thats about it.

Worst hotel experience ever!

The experience was very bad. The pictures in the booking order didn’t match the reality. There was 2 extra beds in the room and a mysterious door to another room which made us feel uncomfortable. The place was far from the center so we had to walk for an hour to reach the center. You can of course rent a car but you have to pay for a parking spot outside the center. The balcony was dirty and water was dripping into ice on the balcony railing. The water tap was out of order in the bathroom and we couldn’t make it stop dripping. In the night we could hear the sound from the electric cabinet in the room, due to the old electrical system. The whole hotel room felt like a jail built in 1945 WWII.
