The towels are a complete let down. I understand the weather is hot and humid so thin towels are faster to dry after use but they need to be replaced NOW because they are so worn-out. There are things worthed saving money on but new towels are definitely worth it. Ask other customer for their opinions too. I asked for blankets and was given an extra sheet. Was told they didnt supply "comforters" The bathroom was covered in mould Was told cleaning only happened every 3 days, on day 4 there was no sign of anything having been cleaned: sheets/towels/bathroom still dirty. However the temp had been turned down to 16 degrees! Não há mobilidade nem no banheiro nem no quarto. Praticamente sem espaço para transitar. Somos magros, uma pessoa ligeiramente obesa fica impossível utilizar as instalações. Por fim, tentamos cancelar as próximas estadias para mudar de hotel e a recepcionista respondeu que não haveria estorno nem qualquer reembolso da hospedagem.
