The hotel is very old & outdated. The bedroom was very small & only just enough room to walk sideways down one side of the bed to get in. The bathroom was very small too. Everything is old & run down. We tried to get our belongings out of the safe before we left but the battery must have been flat & it didn't open - had to go get security to open it. The hotel location is good for Orchard Rd & close to the MRT. Breakfast was actually in the next door hotel & everything was cold so not worth eating. We didn’t get to the pool so can’t comment on that. Overall I would not stay there again.

It is situated in Orchard Central. Convenient in shopping, dining and transport. But the room facilities are a bit old.

The property is in serious need of a revamp. Reception staff on not friendly or helpful. Returning to Singapore in the new year and will definitely not stay here again.

Property is safe and in a good location. The AC didn't work properly, the safety bars in the bathroom were broke, coming out of the wall, out of 10 TV channels that were suppose to work ,4 didn't work. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was absolutely nothing to like about the hotel. The bathroom was etremely small outdated and dirty The bedlinen had a stain The overall feel was one of distaste and thankfully was bookef for one night only

Hotel not worth…
When I call for coffee and creamer they say, you need to come down and collect. But later when I requested to deliver to room after 30mins the guy brought only creamer. When I said I need coffee 2-3 sachets, he replied he can only give 2 not more. Very cheap… but rooms rate are not cheap. House keeping has no quality very bad in many things done.

An okay stay
The check in process was fast and good with warm and friendly staff. Location is excellent - to walk around on Orchard Road. However the room assigned to me had bad musty smell. Rooms are clean but tired.
