Walkable to MRT stations and in the city where all the shopping centres are located. Its clean, it has a pool and a gym, its close to multiple shopping and food areas. staff were all helpful and accommodating. The only issue in our room, was it was a bit noisy at night. Some sort of AC unit or other machinery can be heard from outside the window. The hotel staff were pleasant and warm. The only issue I had was that the refrigerator was not working so we weren’t able to have cold water since the filtered water dispenser inside the room only dispenses hot or room temp water. The safe was also closed so we were not able to use it, but that was no big deal. In fairness, we were always out or came back late so they couldn’t really go into the room to look or fix it.
