The restored and modernly furnished holiday home is located only about 100 meters from the village center of Sineus. You can quickly reach the village center on foot where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a sports center with a cycle path, tennis and football courts and an adjoining restaurant nearby.Of course, the house and the swimming pool are at your disposal for your exclusive use.The house is equipped with 2 double bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped open kitchen, a large living room with a dining room for 4 people (also with air conditioning) and a garage with a bicycle workshop. The house is bright and welcoming and also meets the highest standards in terms of comfort and equipment.
The house is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The swimming pool in front of the house offers enough space to relax, whether in the shade or in the sun. Here you can simply relax. An ideal place to spend your vacation in a village environment.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and a fiber optic internet connection.
You can take advantage of the garage, ideal for cyclists (bike assembly station, etc.)
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as the living room. For slightly cooler days, there are also 2 mobile radiators (low energy consumption) and fan heaters in the bathroom.
The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.
The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize noisy parties or other activities that could violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
