« The property and rooms was clean and well kept. The breakfast was terrible. The sausage looked half cooked. Several items looked half baked and lacked adequate options. Also BEWARE there was a hold/deposit placed on my checking account for 143.58 after I had already paid for the stay. I checked out on Sunday morning. It's currently Tuesday evening and the hold still hasn't been released. No one at the front desk stated that there would even be a deposit of such a large amount placed on my...

« I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East from Thursday night to Sunday night. For the most part, the hotel itself was pretty decent, and I normally expect a very quiet, peaceful experience whenever I stay at a Hilton property. Unfortunately, this particular stay was heavily disrupted. For two out of the four nights, a team of young soccer players was running up and down the hallways well into the designated quiet hours. I checked the hallway multiple times to see if any...

« Our room smelled musty and moldy. The room even had a wet feel to it. There were stains on the curtains, cobwebs in the corners of the room, and I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall behind the guy at the counter. The staff was very friendly; however, the quality of the rooms was way less than anticipated. It’s not like we were expecting something extravagant, but we definitely expected to have a room that did not smell the way ours did. Since staying there, three of us have become sick. »
