Additionally, Lake Dillon is just a 10-minute drive away, as is the Outlet shopping mall. Additionally, you'll have easy and free access to all ski areas and shopping through the Summit County transit line (The Summit Stage).

This 1800 sq ft duplex has the following specifications:
-The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, table settings, and a microwave.
-The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, DVD, and stereo for entertainment.
-The breakfast bar and dining room lead onto the back deck, which includes a gas grill and private hot tub.
The master suite has a king bed and double vanity ensuite, the second has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. A full bath with a large, jetted tub is in the hall between these two bedrooms.

The loft area doubles as another living space and sleeping area, complete with a queen bed, large TV, and DVD.

Amenities: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, an outdoor deck with a hot tub, a garage, and a washer/dryer on the main floor. The property comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.
