« After checking into the room and turning the tv on, all the channels were fuzzy or pixelated. We called the front desk and were told the cable was out throughout the hotel and that there would be no resolution until Monday which is when we were scheduled to checkout. We spent the weekend without TV (we love sports so this was an inconvenience). The front desk knew this was an issue and didn’t care to share that we would be without for the weekend.
