"Your staff were excellent with me. The young woman in the breakfast area was so pleasant and happy to do anything for you. I am 80 years old and she made sure I had what I needed and I watched as she took care of other patrons needs. I wish I had asked her name. I was there for four days and I can tell she loves her job. All the staff was pleasant in the hotel."
