Tops, in my opinion
I could not fault this wonderful hotel in Siliguri! So pleased to have stayed there. Enjoyed the buffet dinner and a nice swim in the outdoor pool as well.

Overall good. Older furniture and fixtures, no smart TV, food OK, area around property dingy, taxis over charge so hotel should help clients with taxis as part of the service

Nice property in the city. The staff are courteous and helpful. The dining area staff are excellent and so is the food with a lot of varieties. Great chef. The property is well maintained but the pool area should have more light. The area the hotel need to improve is concierge service. I asked for an SUV for next day and they said they had two vehicle contracted both are booked. Beyond these, they cannot do anything. They cannot even get a taxi. They asked me to book via Ola and Uber. This is bad experience and we do expect that hotel will arrange for transportation as may be needed by clients.
