Today they told us they don't work with hotels.com but only with Chinese websites. So they will not refund the deposit fully but only half. So I payed Hotels.com and and I pay again this hotel so twice the regular price for a very bad experience. .. No apologies from the staff.. Anyway these people are absolutely not professional. Stop proposing this hotel in your website!!! I hope hotels.com refund me my payment. ##### paul Stayed 1 night in Nov 2020
