Bl.a. at microovnen ikke virkede samt at der var problemer med badet i master bathroom - hvis bruseren lå forkert kunne det dryppe ned gennem loftet til spisestuen. Huset fremstod IKKE som på billederne. Møblerne var slidte man sad nærmest på fjedre både i sofaerne samt spisestolene. Halvdelen af køkkenskabene var helt tomme. Der var ingen kartoffelskræller eller så meget som en enkelt røreskål. Huset kunne have 11 sovende, men der var hverken lagner eller håndklæder med til mere end 8\. Der var 7 spisestole.Vi ankom sent d. 8/10\. Den 12/10 opdagede vi at badet i det delte badeværelse ovenpå havde problemer. Der kom vand ud gennem loftet på den udendørs terrasse og ned på spisebordet - i store mængder. Søndag aften kom en fra kontoret for at stille skrald ud. Vi viste ham problemet. Han ville sige det til kontoret. Mandag fik vi to gæster. Der var ikke lagner til dem! Sovesofaen på 3\. sal kan ikke slås ud, og stoffet er ødelagt. Vores gæst måtte sove på en luftmadras. Rørene under køkkenvasken stod også af og lige inden vi skulle spise havde vi vand over hele køkkengulvet. Vi hørte INTET fra kontoret, så onsdag morgen ringede jeg til dem. Vi har på tur så vi aftalte de ville sende en torsdag morgen. Han kom og så alle skaderne. Han tilbød de kunne komme og lave dem mens vi stadig var der, men nu var der mindre end to dage til afrejse, og vi havde brugt så meget tid, at vi ikke ville spilde mere ferie på det. ##### ulrik H. The home, especially the kitchen, was comfortable and well equipped, including many beach chairs. The access to the beach was terrific, with a short walk across the street, through the Aloha Kai gate, and down the private driveway to the white sandy beach. The weather cooperated too, after the one day of rain. The traffic was horrendous, due to a weekday maintenance of the bridge, which was totally out of the hands of the rental. So, while we were unable to explore OFF island, we enjoyed all of the amenities offered ON island. It was a wonderful visit and retreat from the winter! ##### Lindy G. We saw small cockroaches in first bedroom and it smelled bad. We had to buy candles because whole place smelled. Living room furniture was filthy and run down. House was great. Private code to the beach was very difficult to get till the 6th day of our 7 day vacation. So that was disappointing and we got told by the neighboring resort that we weren’t allowed to go through thier beach access. But we made it work and the future guests should be happy that I helped get the new access code so they will be able to get to the beach. Again house great access was not. ##### Jordan C. Great location and just a short walk to a private beach. We were here over Memorial Day and when the public beach looked mobbed, we had a nice spacious beach to enjoy. The issue we had was that the property said it slept 11 except it didn't. It didn't because the 4th floor sleep sofa was broken and we couldn't get the bed out of the sofa. We contacted the property manager and they said this is true but there is a blow up mattress to replace it. So we tried that the next night but the blow up mattress had a leak and my daughter and son-in-law ended up on the floor at midnight. There was also a heavy build up of mold in the washing machine. I guess the sanitize cycle is never run. Very gross to wash our clothes in it even after scrubbing to try and get the mold off. The property seems very expensive with these kinds of issues. ##### Drew S.
