« really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. »

« Tres belle chambre et belle salle de bain, le tout au calme, par contre pas de wifi en chambre pour les tel. portables, pour les computers pas de problemes de wifi en chambre, teles (ecran plat) que des chaines polonaises (et sous-titres polonais), personnel souriant et professionnel, resto plutot bon...hotel a cote d'une galerie commerciale (100-200 metres) : TESCO, je recommande cet hotel pour son rapport qualite-prix...sinon : attention aux cyclistes sur les trottoirs : des pistes cyclables...

« Un séjour à Cracovie parfait dans cet hotel, idéalement situé, à deux pas de la place principale, mais dans une rue calme. Accueil très sympathique par le personnel à la réception, serviable, d'une grande gentillesse, qui nous a aidé à réserver des restaurants de bon rapport qualité prix, disponible pour la moindre question, souriant, aimable. Notre chambre était très jolie, spacieuse, confortable à tout point de vue et notamment de la literie, salle de bain impeccable. Quant au petit déjeuner...

Seul bémol les escaliers, il ne me semble pas préciser dans le descriptif mais si non je recommande vraiment ce logement ! Manque juste un micro-ondes et de l'eau un peu plus chaude ! Si non tout étais parfait belle prestation et très propre !! »
