For our orders at the pool we always paid in cash giving a gracious tip, meanwhile the waiter asked to sign the bill as well. We thought it was a hotel policy. Checking out we were asked to handle our open bills and got presented with all the already paid things. Arguing with it didn’t help because we almost missed our flight and for 3 days the staff took our money and immediately put it into their pocket. The manager handled it inappropriately and made us pay for our purchases again. As I was disputing the claim the receptionist was pushing my friend to leave a review on various websites. We felt mistreated. What an unfortunate experience that spoiled our memory of Cambodia.
