But it’s difficult to contact them by phone number given or by Facebook, simply didn’t pick up calls and no replies. It’s written as the hotel provides airport pickups and all but it is not really true. We arrived by bus, they arranged tuk tuk for us but only after contacting and asking them to do so, thus picking up guests didn’t feel like their usual routine. Moreover for our flight back they arranged tuk tuk but by arrival the driver requested money from us! 7$! So the hotel don’t really provide airport pick up and drop off! In May it is very hot and humid. A full day of touring monuments can be exhausting. Plan to start before sunrise, around 5:30 am to be back around noon time. Mosquitos were an issue for us. Denise, the owner/manager, has in place a very friendly and helpful team. Room was actually like a little independent apartment with a sitting area, very spacious, large bathroom. Decoration was pleasant.
