Always greeted with a warm smile and a Good Morning. The tour desk sorted all excursions, pick up drop offs as well as any shows. The building is very nice, clean and spacious and being slightly away from the centre of Siem Reap provided a peaceful oasis after a full day climbing temples. Its very hard to find a fault with the hotel and its employees.
