Less than 10 mins walk to pub street so it’s very conveniently placed near the centre but still have the quietness of the area. The staff was very attentive and friendly so give their service 10/10\. We do think the hotel needs an upgrade / renovation as it was quite outdated and haven’t been worked on in a while, especially by the pools. We would really recommend changing the floor boards and new sun beds. The beds were very comfortable, the aircon worked well and the staff were very friendly. The property was well-located for the centre of Siem Reap, so we found it convenient and we enjoyed our stay there. We put a lot of clothes through the laundry and all came back nicely done. As a negative, one of our rooms had cockroaches which they didn't manage to eradicate - you half expect this as it is a tropical climate, but our teenager wasn't keen. They did offer to change their room, but those with pool access all seemed to be taken. As constructive criticism: the breakfast was ok, but for the continental breakfast, more variety of fruit, jam, thicker yoghurt, better coffee and hot water for green tea would have been nice. Getting a non-alcoholic fruit drink in the bar proved a little challenging. At times it was hard to make ourselves understood, so working on the English language skills would be helpful.
