One of the overall best hotel experiences we've ever had. Property was charming and taken care of. The pool area was beautiful and serene. Staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. We really enjoyed the restaurant's ambiance and food quality. We will absolutely stay here again!
Beautiful boutique hotel. Pool was great, delicious breakfasts, exceptional staff. My room was clean with a very spacious balcony. Easy access to airport, shops, pub street. Tuk tuk drivers available, Mr. Sey my driver was very knowledgeable of the area, we spent 3 days touring temples, war museums etc. Great experience, definitely a winner.
The property was beautiful. It was very comfortable and we used the balcony every day. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the airport pickup. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

With my wife, we stayed five nights in this hotel. Our room was spacious with a balcony, clean and tidy, good hot water shower and comfortable bed. The hotel was built in the middle of its tropical garden with beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Next to the entrance path, there was a good size swimming pool. After a day tour, we enjoyed very much in the pool. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak English and our tours were perfectly arranged by them. The buffet breakfast provided with different kind of local, oriental and western food. The location of the hotel was away from the busy area. One morning we took 30 minutes walking to the city, Museum, shopping mall, and came back to the hotel by Tuk Tuk in less than 10 minutes.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very courteous; always had pleasant interactions with them. Rooms were adequate for the price. The location was situated halfway between the airport and the downtown area. Getting a tuk tuk into town wasn't expensive but it was added expense and time. Pool was nice. Breakfast was simple but adequate
The staff is very cordial, kind and helpful. A bit too far to walk in the centre. The only complain is the noise while trying to relax at the pool due to the metal shop next door.
Great place - Clean - comfortable -
well maintained - A bit far out of town - not much around -, but they have a nice restaurant.
Lovey staff - Would not disappoint.
1. Very nice spacious clean room
2. Good bed, very good shower
3. Nice staff, but very poorly trained and lacked basic English communication skills.
4. Location off the beaten path, nothing in walking distance
5. Tuk tuks were relatively expensive since the location was isolated
6. Breakfast food was so so at best. However, it was served in a covered outdoor dinning pavilion. Sounds good until you're sweating in about 2 minutes; even at 6:30 in the morning (it was early Sept.)
7. Very nice of them to allow a very late checkout for me
8. Relatively inexpensive room rate
Hotel very clean and staff friendly and helpful. They could arrange transport to sites and airport. The pool was great after a hot at the sites.Restaurant was fine too.
The price was very competitive for standard of facilities
Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. it's a bit far from the main area of Siem Reap, ie. Pub Street, markets... Only $3US for tuk tuk to areas. Some nights there were people coming in to check in at 2 or 3 am and it was a bit noisy. But not a big issue. Overall a good place to stay.
From the minute we arrived we were treated like the most important people in the hotel. It was incredible. The staff were friendly, the hotel-based tuk tuk drivers were knowledgable and cheaper than the ones down the street. The pool was delightful and quiet. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I stayed 5 nights, my husband 3. Staff are incredibly helpful: friendly /assisted my requests (making a reservation in town /bringing milk to my room)
Foodwise: breakfast buffet is average–cornflakes/coco-pops, chopped fruits, bread/pastries, eggs to order. Asian selection too. We had lunch also, which was good. Hubby said his beef loc lak was better than the same dish at the Chantry (where the food was awful-avoid)
Location-wise: well positioned 15 mins from airport in a tuk-tuk. The road down to it is very bumpy: not great for the elderly / infirm. 10mins to the night market ($3 tuk-tuk).
Cleanliness and comfort: breakfast serving dishes are uncovered, flies on the food. However eggs are made to order and I asked for fresh fruit to be prepared for me, which the staff were happy to oblige. Housekeeping came each day, though I don't think they changed the sheets, just made the bed and tidied. For a short trip that is probably fair, although there was a food stain on the quilt and it wasn't changed. Cushions could do with a wash. Bathroom light was very dim and the sink plug was tricky. However, I am sure if id mentioned them, the staff would have done something
I had friends staying at the much more expensive Anatara, where we joined them for a drink. Décor and ambience was definitely better at the Anatara. Service and food at Kuprey is superior
It was great accommodation /excellent value for money. Would stay again- probably the best marker I can give
It was a mixed emotion after having read all the reviews regarding this hotel. I was worried about the dirt track road leading into the hotel and the distance from the city centre. Well after having stayed there myself and my family (family of six), all the rooms were clean and tidy, fantastic for the price. They have interconnecting room to cater for the family. Yes the hotel is situated about 100m (unsealed road) off the main road, but this gives you privacy an less traffic and noise hence more rest/sleep for your rather than being woken up at 5am with the crazy traffic. If you are looking for a five star condition/service then you need to pay triple the price. The staff were extremely friendly, they can speak English. We had free hotel pick up, our poor driver had to wait for a long time to pick us up from the airport yet he was waiting patiently , thank you for doing that. As for being far away from city centre, it is not far at all. In Siem riep you can go any where in tuk tuk,as a matter of fact the hotel has their own tuk tuk ( cost only $3us to go to pub street). You can negotiate with the hotel for mini van service if you have a large group/family (the driver is very friendly and helpful).
Staff excellent, pool beautiful and very clean, hotel rooms spacious, great tuk tuk drivers

Good choice if your exploring the Angkor temples
Its a good value. Staff is pleasant. Hotel probably has about 50 rooms. The restaurant is outside and thats where you have breakfast - its a nice setup. The room is comfortable. Bed was good. Breakfast is ok, if your there for more than a few days it will become a little boring. WIFI worked well. Decent selection of TV stations and there is a safe in the room. If your just in SR to go see the Angkor temples then this will work well.
The pool area is nice, the water gets too warm for swimming.
Be aware that your really outside of SR. Its a LONG walk into the town. And given the temperature its not really doable. I walked back a few times - about 30 to 40 minutes - and it required a shower by the time I got back.
During the day there are tuk-tuks available to take your around for a few bucks. After about 8pm you may have to walk out to the main road to find one for yourself. Its down a dirt road about 200-300 meters. Not all drivers know where the hotel is (and the hotel doesn't have any maps of SR, which was a little strange). Make sure you take one of their cards with the address when you go into SR otherwise getting back may be an issue.
The hotel is about six months old and Chinese owned. It hasn't had many reviews, but it was an excellent choice. The staff are wonderfully helpful and polite. The room was good and the pool is a great refresher after a day spent visiting temples.
Hotel is perfect if you wish yto enjoy all Siem Reap experience but at the same time avoid noisy downtown, facilities are brand new, swimming pool is clean and big enough for swimming.
Staff is very friendly and always trying to help and provide the best service. Please if you are not used to travel in Asia please remeber to be patient and don;t jump to conclusions to easily. It's best to write what you want in paper and come back 2 hour laters than start arguing when the most you get angry the less they will understand you.
